According to the Oricon Chart issued on January 24, Super Junior K.R.Y ranked second on the Oricon Daily Single Chart with their new single Promise You.
Promise You is Super Junior K.R.Y’s first single released in Japan. Released on January 23, it sold a total of 40,635 copies on the first day after its release.
Super Junior K.R.Y is a project group formed by Super Junior’s Kyuhyun, Ryeowook, and Yesung, the main vocalists in Super Junior.
The project group differentiated itself from Super Junior by releasing many sad ballad numbers. Recently holding the first concert in Japan, they received an enthusiastic response at the concert, performing a total of 22 songs.
The tickets for the concert were quickly sold out, and an additional concert will be held at the Budokan on January 24.
Holding a concert at the Budokan means a lot because the Budokan is the biggest concert hall in Japan, where such world-famous artists as the Beatles and Avril Lavigne held their concerts. Super Junior K.R.Y will hold a concert at the dream concert hall.
