In the picture, Donghae revealed a picture taken inside in comfortable clothing, with sunglasses on. He revealed all of his teeth with a big, fresh smile, bringing smiles to whoever saw the picture

Super Junior-M to hold special stage on music programs next week

Super Junior-M, a subgroup comprising core members of Super Junior, will be holding special performances on Korean weekly music programs next week.

According to SM Entertainment, the unit group will be performing their latest single “Break Down” in ‘M! Countdown’ on January 31st, in ‘Music Core’ on February 2nd and ‘Inkigayo’ on February 3rd.

Super Junior-M was formed specifically to target the Chinese-speaking world and the songs on their second album were performed in Mandarin Chinese. This is the first the group will be performing “Break Down” for their Korean fans.

Kyuhyun, "Seohyun is Closest To My Ideal In Girls' Generation"

Odd atmosphere was sensed between Super Junior's Kyuhyun and Girls' Generation Seohyun.

In MBC "Radio Star" aired today, Girls' Generation (SNSD) came out as guests.

MC Kyuhyun and SNSD are agency family members, and the MCs asked SNSD, "Who is the member that dated Kyuhyun?" Kyuhyun and SNSD were shocked at the question, and the MCs said, "While drinking with Kyuhyun, he talked about Seohyun once."

Kyuhyun said, "It's not like that. They asked me a lot about SNSD but you are all little sisters to me. But if you ask me who is closest to my ideal, I can say Seohyun is closest."

Super Junior K.R.Y’s first Japanese single has debuted at number two on the Oricon chart.

According to Oricon’s latest chart ranking on January 24, Super Junior K.R.Y’s first Japanese single “Promise You” ranked #2 on the Oricon Daily Singles Chart. Released on the 23rd, the single has sold a total of 40,635 copies on the first day after its release.

The Super Junior ballad unit is made up of members Kyuhyun, Ryeowook and Yesung. The group recently held its first concert in Japan and received an enthusiastic response, leading to add another concert at the Budokan on January 24.

Super Junior's Kyuhyun Already Had Skinship with Girls' Generation Seohyun

The real reason why Super Junior member Kyuhyun selected Girls' Generation's Seohyun as his ideal girl was revealed.

All members of Girls' Generation Seohyun, Taeyeon, Jessica, Sunny, Tiffany, Yoona and Sooyoung made a guest appearance on MBC's "Radio Star" episode today.

MC's directly asked the members "Which member dated with Kyuhyun?" to which Jessica immediately pointed to Seohyun. While Hyoyeon surprised asked, "Is it a rumor made by Kyuhyun?" then other members chimed in saying, "They even had skinship," "If it's Kyuhyun then we can entrust Seohyun."

The skinship the members were referring to was from a performance on stage. To this Seohyun ended the situation by stating, "Kyuhyun is just an oppa that I'm comfortable with." Kyuhyun also explained, "I consider the entire Girls' Generation members as a younger sibling, I never thought of them as a woman."

Then what is the reason why Kyuhyun and Seohyun got mixed up. To this Kyunhyun confessed, "I was profusely asked to select someone from Girls' Generation. So then I stated Seohyun is most similar to my ideal girl."

Super Junior K.R.Y recently ranked second on the Oricon Chart.

According to the Oricon Chart issued on January 24, Super Junior K.R.Y ranked second on the Oricon Daily Single Chart with their new single Promise You.

Promise You is Super Junior K.R.Y’s first single released in Japan. Released on January 23, it sold a total of 40,635 copies on the first day after its release.

Super Junior K.R.Y is a project group formed by Super Junior’s Kyuhyun, Ryeowook, and Yesung, the main vocalists in Super Junior.

The project group differentiated itself from Super Junior by releasing many sad ballad numbers. Recently holding the first concert in Japan, they received an enthusiastic response at the concert, performing a total of 22 songs.

The tickets for the concert were quickly sold out, and an additional concert will be held at the Budokan on January 24.

Super Junior-M performs in Chinese New Year Special Concert

Super Junior-M, a unit of the popular idol group Super Junior, will feature in the New Year Festival special program of the Chinese Liaoning Satellite TV.

A representative of SM Entertainment, the group’s agency, said, “Super Junior-M took part in recording of the New Year’s Eve Gala held at the Liaoning Grand Theater on January 17 and sang the title song of their second full-length album ‘Break Down’ and another hit, ‘Perfection’.”

Other entertainment celebrities including American popular group Backstreet Boys and the Chinese actress Cecilia Cheung also took part in the recording, along with Super Junior M. The program will be broadcast live across China at 7 p.m. (local time) on Febuary 8.

New Year Evening Gala is broadcast every year on Lunar New Year Day. The program is so popular that it has ranked as the most viewed program in that time slot for the last 10 years.

The Super Junior ballad unit, Super Junior K.R.Y, made up of members Kyuhyun, Ryeowook and Yesung, finally unveiled the full PV for upcoming Japanese single, “Promise You”.

Mostly known for their lovely voices and touching performances, Super Junior K.R.Y will once again capture the hearts with their upcoming R&B track. The new album will also include the B-side track which is a cover of Hitoto Yo’s “Hanamizuki”.

‘Promise You’ single is due to be released on January 23 in Japan.

Super Junior-M tops Billboard World Album Chart

Super Junior-M, a subgroup comprising core members of popular boy band Super Junior, topped the U.S. Billboard World Albums chart for the week ending January 26 with ‘Break Down’.

The second release made by the subunit of the Hallyu boy band also ranked 49th on the Heatseekers Albums chart.

The group was formed specifically to target the Chinese-speaking world and the songs on their second album were performed in Mandarin Chinese.

A spokesperson from SM Entertainment, “It’s unprecedented for an album recorded in Chinese to do so well on the Billboard charts.”

Kyuhyun (Super Junior) was almost involved in a scandal with Hong Suk Chun. **

On January 16 of the Talk Show program MBC's "Radio Star", Kyuhyun admitted: "To be honest, I'm a greedy. I love both, fans of Super Junior and fans of the Radio Star ".

After the name of Hong Suk Chun was included in the conversation. MC asked Kyuhyun: "I'm not a lover?". Kyuhyun strongly denied this. However, the MC has teased the singer again by asking: "Are you to Itaewon? *** I can smell the Indian food from him." Super Junior wins 3 awards at the Golden Disk Awards

Super Junior took home the grand prize for the third time at 27th Golden Disk Awards.

On January 15th, the first day of the 27th annual Golden Disk Awards was held at Sepang International Circuit in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and Super Junior took home three awards.

Super Junior was recognized for the achievements that they made with sixth full-length album ‘Sexy, Free & Single’, and won the grand prize ‘Disk Daesang’ as well as ‘Disk Bonsang’ and ‘MSN South East Asia Award’.

The members remarked, “We are standing here all because of your love. We’d like to share this honor with our fans, managers, Mr. Lee Soo Man, and president Kim Young Min. We’d also like to share this honor with Leeteuk, who could not make here because of military service.”

Super Junior won the grand prize at the Golden Disc Awards.
On January 15, the 27^th Golden Disc was held at the Sepang International Circuit in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Super Junior sold over 480,000 copies of their sixth album, Sexy, Free & Single. It was the biggest volume sold last year. The group received the grand prize for Sorry Sorry in 2009 and for Mr. Simple in 2012. Along with Kim Kun Mo, Jo Sung Mo, and SNSD, they’re the one of the big winners of the Golden Disc. Including the grand prize, they also received the Artist of the Year and MSN Southeast Asia Award at the awards.
B2ST received JTBC Best Artist Award and the Artist of the Year for Midnight Sun, and B2ST’s Hyun Seung received the Best Performance Award for Troublemaker as a member of Troublemaker, a duet he formed with 4Minute’s Hyun Ah.
CN Blue received the Artist of the Year and the Popularity Award for Ear Fun.
KARA also received the Artist of the Year and the Popularity Award.
After the Golden First Day, which was held on January 15, the Golden Second Day will be held on January 16. Such artists as Big Bang, Sistar, T-ara, Secret, f(x), and Miss A will perform at the awards.

Hottest K-pop acts ready for Golden Disk gig in KL

Excitement is building up barely a week before the biggest K-pop event hits our shores.

The Samsung Galaxy The 27th Golden Disk Awards in Kuala Lumpur will be rocking the Sepang International Circuit over two nights next Tuesday and Wednesday.

Founded in 1986, the Golden Disk Awards, dubbed the Grammys of Korea, is South Korea's most prestigious K-pop awards show and is presented annually for outstanding achievements in the music industry.

Hosted by Mediartncomm Co Ltd, supported by the Malaysia Con- vention and Exhibition Bureau (MyCEB) and presented by Samsung Malaysia Electronics as title sponsor, the music awards will see 25 of K-pop's hottest acts in Malaysia next week.

The earliest acts will arrive on Sunday night. They are members of the boy bands SHINee and BTOB.

Monday will see the arrival of 10 acts: Exo (in two batches), Infinite (first batch), 4Minute, B1A4, Beast, Super Junior, CN Blue, FT Island, Juniel and Kara.

Fourteen acts will fly in on Tuesday, the first day of the awards. They are Infinite (second batch), Secret, Heo Gak, Lee Ha Yi, Ailee, Epik High, T-ara, Sistar (first batch), G-Dragon, f(x), K.Will, Miss A, B.A.P, and Teen Top.

The remaining members of girl group Sistar will arrive only on Wednesday.

As for the show's hosts, CN Blue's Yong Hwa and Kara's Nicole will be emceeing on the first night while FT Island's Hong Ki and Sistar's Dasom will host the show on the second night.

Fans can expect over 70 songs during the two-night gig, including hits such as Super Junior's Sexy, Free & Single, G-Dragon's One Of A Kind, FT Island's I Wish, Beast's Fiction, 4Minute's Mirror, CN Blue's Intuition, Epik High's Light It Up and Lee Ha Yi's Mamadu.

The main entrance to the venue will be open for fans to start queueing at 2.30pm. The Samsung Galaxy zone entrance opens at 4.30pm for ticket holders to access the red carpet event, which starts at 5pm.

Rockpit and Hallyu zone entrances will open at 6pm.

The awards show starts at 7.30pm.

Tickets are priced at RM199 (Hallyu zone) and RM999 (Samsung Galaxy zone). Tickets to the Rockpit zone (RM688) have already been sold out while limited tickets remain for other zones.

Super Junior-M holds successful press conference for ‘Break Down’

Super Junior-M held a successful press conference in Beijing to celebrate the release of its second studio album, ‘Break Down’. The event took place at Beijing’s CGV Cinema on January 7th, and 200 fans were in attendance who came on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Despite the cold weather, fans waited in line all night in front of the theater as well as at the airport to catch a glimpse of the group. Several media outlets like MTV, Hunan Satellite TV, Sina, Sohu and more also attended to cover the press conference.

The members showed off their fluent Chinese skills during the event. They also discussed the concept for ‘Break Down’ and shared some behind-the-scenes stories from filming the music video.
