Infinite’s Hoya wants a woman: “Who can speak a foreign language fluently”

Infinite H’s Hoya recently talked about his ideal woman.

Hoya gave an interview to the star magazine @Star1, which was released on January 21.

When the group was asked about ‘a special girl,’ Dong Woo said, “I think my ideal woman changes every day. These days, I like a girl who looks good with any hairstyles, such as long hair, tied up hair, and colored hair, in comfortable clothes. Then we can try to keep up with each other in personality.”

Hoya said, “I think a girl who can speak a foreign language fluently is very attractive. When someone starts speaking English or another foreign languages fluently that I didn’t even know that she could speak, she starts becoming attractive to me. Maybe it’s because I can’t speak foreign languages very well even though I want to.”

Running Man members become envoys in the 1930s

The cast of Running Man become envoys in the 1930s.

On the episode of SBS TV’s Running Man that will air on January 27, the cast of the cast get dressed in clothes from the 1930s and conduct a mission under the concept of Spatial Temporal Moving Fantasy Thriller.

The cast of Running Man receives a mission to gather at City Hall and head toward the station by subway. According to reports, people who saw them on the streets and in the subway trains were curious about their strange outfits.

Before the shooting began, the cast asked the crew, “Why did you ask us to get dressed in these strange outfits,” being embarrassed by the clothes people wore in the 1930s. However, they soon enjoyed being in the costume, speaking like people in the period.

Gathering at the Seoul Library, the former city hall, the cast try to find a hidden treasure box as seven envoys sent from different organizations.

After completing mission, they reincarnate by passing through The Door of Incarnation, and an unexpected secret gets revealed.

Regarding the secret, the production team of the show says it’s going to be the most interesting part of the episode.

Davichi’s Kang Min Kyung speaks for the first time after the controversy

Davichi’s Kang Min Kyung, who recently created a controversy over a commercial for a razor, expressed her feelings for the first time.

On January 21, Kang left a not on her official fansite, “How are you doing? I feel uneasy so I came here. Today (Jan. 21) was a very noisy day. I feel better now so I hope you all feel fine too.”

Kang’s agency released their official announcement on the controversy trying to explain what happened. However, their unwise reaction made the controversy even bigger.

Kang said, “I learned a lot of things through the incident. I guess I’ll become stronger and tougher. I’ll eat well and exercise a lot to become stronger and powerful.”

Kang was selected as a representative for a razor brand and shot a commercial with the concept ‘Secret date.’ In the commercial, Kang appears in an off the shoulder top and short pants as a girlfriend and she says that she will help her boyfriend shave.

Then at the end of the video, a man pushes Kang towards a couch to kiss her and Kang says, “You feel so soft.”

Big Bang’s T.O.P says, “I had a lot of fun shooting The Graduate”

Big Bang’s T.O.P finished shooting the film The Graduate (directed by Park Hong Soo and produced by The Lamp) on January 21.

The Graduate is a new release about Lee Myung Hoon, a 19-year-old North Korean boy who is forced to become an assasinator in order to save his sister.

The last scene that was shot on the last day of the shooting was a scene in the climax part of the film, which features T.O.P, Han Ye Ri, Yoon Je Moon, Jo Sung Ha, and Kim Yoo Jung all together.

While Cha Jung Min (played by Yoon Je Moon), a South Korean agent, and Moon Sang Cheol (played by Jo Sung Ha), a North Korean security agent, are confronting each other, Lee Myung Hoon (played by T.O.P) tries to protect his sister (played by Kim Yoo Jung) and friend (played by Han Ye Ri). After finishing the shooting, the five actors and actresses celebrated the end of the shooting, blowing out candles on a cake to remember the moment.

Coming out with a new release in two years since he was featured in the film 71-Into the Fire (directed by Lee Jae Han), T.O.P put a lot of efforts into portraying a young assasinator from North Korea. After the shooting was done, he said, “Everyone did a good job. I feel very happy to finish all the shooting without any problems. I had a great time while I was shooting the film.”

Han Ye Ri said, “All the cast and the crew did a good job. I appreciate everyone for their hard work,” and Yoon Je Moon and Jo Sung Ha said, “I had fun shooting the film with the young cast and the young crew in a young environment. We hope the audience enjoys our film, as well.”

Kim Yoo Jung said, “I hope to work with T.O.P, Han Ye Ri, Yoon Je Moon, and Jo Sung Ha again.”

The Graduate will be released this year after the post-production stage.

MBLAQ’s Lee Jun is going through a hard time

MBLAQ’s Lee Jun recently expressed his feelings.

On January 23, Lee wrote a note on his fansite, “Am I a robot? Who am I working for? I’ve had enough and I have opinions too. Did anybody apologize to me? I feel bad deceiving and since I’m a human, I can’t lie to people and they know I’m lying.” The note was deleted soon but it has been spreading through several social networks.

On the same day, Lee’s agency, J. Tune Entertainment, said, “The note uploaded on an official fanstie was written by Lee. He is very busy and wanted to seek a compromise with us.” The agency admitted that it’s was all their fault.

Since Lee is well known as a talented performer, he has a tight schedule appearing on variety shows, movies, and TV series, recording songs, and performing abroad.

Lee asked the agency to give him enough time to do his work sincerely.

The agency said, “We couldn’t do a good job listening and responding to what he wants. Lee wanted to give the public better quality performances. But since he got so tired physically and mentally, he ended up expressing his emotions carelessly.”

“We were a little puzzled but we can understand him as our family member. We will do our best for Lee so that he can do his work sincerely in good condition.”

2PM’s Hwang Chan Sung recently talked about his first TV series.

On January 21, Hwang, Choi Kang Hee, Joo Won, Kim Soo Hyun, and Kim Min Seo appeared at a press conference for the new MBC Wednesday-Thursday series 7th Grade Civil Servant.

Hwang said, “I’m so nervous because it’s my first appearance in a TV series. I’m getting a lot of help from people around me. Joo Won and the series director help me a lot too.”

He added, “I think it will be good if I learn fast from the people around me and work harder. I also think that if I do well, everything will be fine.”

Hwang also said that he will reveal his abs on the series. “The character has a trauma and to portray that my abs will be revealed through the series. Because of that scene, I worked out a lot.”

The series is an action romance about a new NIS agent, who lies about everything except his love. Writer Cheon Sung Il, who wrote the movie under the same title, worked for the series as well. The first episode will air on January 23 at 9:55 p.m.

B.A.P’s fan club in Singapore recently donated a ton of rice to the Red Cross Society.

On January 21, B.A.P’s agency reported, “On January 19, some news sources in Singapore reported that B.A.P’s fan club Protect B.A.P Singapore donated a ton of rice to the Red Cross Society in celebration of the one-year anniversary of B.A.P’s debut. It’s the first time for people in Singapore to see a fan club making a donation instead of the artists they like. Including the donation, they’ll also support delivering the rice.”

The fan club says, “We’ve been very inspired by Bang Yong Guk who values humanism. B.A.P is pronounced as rice in Korean, so it means more.”

Lee Min Ho receives the Most Popular Asian Actor Award in China

Actor Lee Min Ho recently proved his high popularity in Asia.

On January 18, Lee received the Most Popular Asian Actor Award at the 12th China Fashion Awards. Lee was the only Korean actor who received the award.

The China Fashion Awards is held every year by SMG (Shanghai Media Group), a company that has thirteen TV channels in China. It selects winners from popular celebrities in music, film, public service, sports, and fashion areas. It’s one of the most recognized awards in China.

Lee Min Ho and the Xing Shang Awards became one of the most searched words on Weibo and Chinese portal sites on the day. Lee has been very popular in China for a long time through such drama series as Boys Over Flower, City Hunter, and Faith.

Lee came back to Korea on January 20. The awards will air in China on January 26.

Cha Seung Jo (Park Si Hoo) makes a crooked smile after discovering Han Se Kyung (Moon Geun Young)’s true intention

Cha Seung Jo (played by Park Si Hoo) expresses his confusion through a crooked smile after discovering the shocking truth behind Han Se Kyung (played by Moon Geun Young).
In January 19’s airing of SBS’s Cheongdamdong Alice, Cha Seung Jo finally discovers that Han Se Kyung has approached him for his family background.
Shin In Hwa (played by Kim Yoo Ri) obtains a video file of Han Se Kyung and Seo Yoon Joo’s conversation and shows it to Cha Il Nam (played by Han Jin Hee). As opposed to her expectation, Cha asks her to not bring it above the surface because he has seen his son, Seung Jo, gradually changing and growing on Han as time goes by. His such decision makes Shin even angrier and makes her reveal it to Cha Seung Jo.
When Cha Seung Jo discovers that the woman he loves has approached him for his background, he makes a crooked smile which surprises Shin. He asks her, “What is this? There’s someone who looks very similar to the person I know.”
In the meantime, Han Se Kyung goes to see one of Seung Jo’s friend, Heo Dong Wook (played by Park Kwang Hyun), who is also a doctor in order to find out how bad Cha was hurt in the past and endured the pain. Heo reveals that Cha was not able to face the reality when the woman he loved left him. He says, “He could not stay alive if he admitted the reality,” and reveals how seriously he was hurt. It seems that Cha’s strange reaction after watching the video is a reflection of his past.
In the preview for the next episode, Cha and Han appear in their wedding, but Han is about to confess her secret to him, full of tears, and makes viewers curious about how things will turn out for them.

Super Junior M hold a fan meeting in China

Super Junior M recently held a fan meeting in Nanjing, China.

On January 19 at 7:30 p.m. (local time), Super Junior M held a fan meeting at the Nanjing Olympic Sports Center under the title of 2013 Super Junior M Fan Party 「Break Down」in Nanjing. They performed songs from the second album, including the lead track, “Break Down,” “Go,” and “完美的再见.”

They performed “Me” in an a cappella version and played different instruments when they performed “幸福微甜,” “U,” and “Sorry Sorry.” Ryeowook played the piano, Sungmin played the guitar, Henry played the violin, Eunhyuk played the drum, and Siwon played a base guitar.

Super Junior M also answered some questions of the fans and took some pictures with some of them on the stage.

Super Junior M topped the U.S. Billboard World Album Chart, which was issued on January 18, with the second album, Break Down.

Kim Hyun Joong will hold an additional concert in Japan

Kim Hyun Joong recently decided to add a concert to his tour of Japan at the request of his fans.

On January 18, Key East, Kim’s agency reported, “Kim Hyun Joong will hold an additional concert at the Yoyogi National Gymnasium in Tokyo on March 3.”

Staring in Kobe on January 6, Kim is currently on a tour of Japan under the title of Japan Tour 2013 Unlimited. Tickets for the concerts have already been sold out. However, as some people try to sell illegal tickets for the concerts, which prices are 20 times more than the original one and lots of fans request for an additional concert, Kim has decided to hold one more concert in Tokyo.

According to Kim’s agency, Kim is currently entertaining the audience with an unusual concert format on the tour. He rearranged his hit songs and new songs as band songs. He provided the audience with good-quality sounds and upgraded performances using a variety of stage equipment.

Staring in Kobe on January 6, Kim has visited Saitama, Nagoya, Shizuoka, and Miyagi, attracting a total audience of 40,000. He will visit such cities as Fukuoka, Osaka, and Tokyo until March.

Boyfriend’s Jung Min is moved to tears by the surprise birthday party

Boyfriend’s Jung Min recently shed tears.

On the third episode of KBS Joy Boyfriend’s Hello Baby, which will air on January 18,  and will include a surprise birthday party for Jung Min.

On the show, the group members shoot a music video with babies and go to a Korean sauna to keep warm. There, group members held a surprise birthday party for Jung Min, who had his birthday on January 2.

Min Woo brought Jung Min’s clothes out with him and Jung Min was locked up in a shower room.

Ulitmately, Jung Min arrived at the party and was moved to tears by the cake and seaweed soup.

Jung Min says, “I wasn’t expecting this. I will never forget this birthday party.”

On the show, the members will shoot a kissing scene for the first time for their music video. Kwang Min, Young Min, and Min Woo will disguise themselves as women.
