SG Wannabe’s Lee Seok Hoon enlists in the army + expects a visit from A Pink

SG Wannabe’s Lee Seok Hoon has began his two-year mandatory military service.

On January 22, the singer was admitted into the army at the 306th Regiment located in Gyeonggi where he’ll undertake basic military training for the next month. After 5 weeks of basic training, he will officially begin his military service as a soldier.

At the army base, he evoked some laughter by indulging in some choco pies, savoring his last snack break as civilian for the next two years.

He also revealed that he will be expecting a visit from girl group A Pink during the interview. The singer shared, “I sent a text message to Huh Gak, and told that he will visit sometime with A Pink. I’m expecting a lot.”

Meanwhile, Lee Seok Hoon released his farewell single “As a Man, Not a Friend” as well as held his last fan meeting/mini concert on January 19th at the Yonsei University.

A Pink’s Eunji attempts to speak standard language in new drama

A Pink’s Jung Eunji is attempting at speaking standard.

Eunji has been cast in KBS upcoming drama, ‘That Winter, The Wind Blows’. She will play the role of Moon Hee Sun, the younger sister of Song Hye Kyo who is Cho In Sung’s first love. Moon Hee Sun is described as a quirky, tomboy character who has a deep fondness for flowers and for her older sister.

While Eunji used the Busan dialect in the cable drama ‘Reply 1997’ last year, this time she’s attempting at the standard language for her new drama, heightening fans’ anticipation.

‘That Winter, The Wind Blows’ is a remake of the Japanese drama, ‘I Don’t Need Love, Summer’ and it stars actress Song Hye Kyo and actor Cho In Sung.

A Pink Kim Nam Joo Reveals Behind Story of 'A Year Ago' MV

A Pinkmember Kim Nam Joo reveals the behind the story of the "A Year Ago" music video that she filmed with BEAST Jang Hyun Seung and fellow member Jung Eunji.
They released the music video yesterday on their official page and YouTube channel.
Kim Nam Joo revealed that the snow that they used for the shoot was all collected by the staff members exclusively so they could film the video.
An official also commented that the team had other plans for the music video, but because of the unexpected snow, they decided to incorporate it into the video.
This song is included in the 'A CUBE FOR SEASON' second album that was released on January 3.

B2ST’s Hyunseung & A Pink’s Eunji, Namjoo release making of “One Year Ago” MV

The making of B2ST‘s Hyunseung and A Pink‘s Eunji and Namjoo‘s music video “One Year Ago” has been released!
A Cube Entertainment previously stated, “This project album, ‘One Year Ago’, that Hyunseung, Eunji, and Namjoo have participated in is [a part of] ‘A Cube For Season‘s second album following the first album with B2ST’s Yoseob and Eunji, ‘Love Day‘.”
They added, “It’s a song that the three siblings of the Cube family are releasing for their fans featuring the charming harmony of their three voices.”

A Cube releases making of “A Year Ago” MV

On January 8, A Cube Entertainment released the making of “A Year Ago” music video through its official Youtube channel. The clip features self-camera of Namjoo and other behind-the-scenes events from the shoot.

“A Year Ago”, which was performed by B2ST’s Hyunseung, A Pink’s Eunji and Namjoo, is the second ‘A Cube For Season’ project album following “LOVE DAY” by BEAST’s Yoseob and A Pink’s Jung Eunji.
